We have decided to share our knowledge via an intensive posing seminar in which we will go through everything Men’s Physique.
The goal of this Seminar is to equip you with the knowledge you need so that posing will never be an issue again.
This posing seminar will take place on the 26th of May 2024
The seminar will be split into two sections, Beginners and intermediate/Advanced
Beginners ( Never competed before or has only done one comp)
Time slot: 11am - 12.30
Intermediate/Advanced ( Has done more than 2 comps and is well experienced)
Time slot: 1pm - 2.30pm
